Fabrico is a manufacturing performance platform for MES, OEE and production monitoring, with maintenance management (CMMS) built in. This page sets out how the platform handles your production and maintenance data.

Certifications and GDPR

Fabrico holds ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 certificates, and a data processing agreement sets out how your data is handled under GDPR.

Hosting and encryption

Data is hosted on AWS in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up daily.

Access control and audit

Role-based access control sets who can see and change what, and the audit log records who changed it.

Access is set per role, and SSO / SAML is available as a custom integration.

Platform measures

We employ a wide range of measures, including multi-factor authentication, IP protection, SSL encryption, daily backups across multiple servers and locations, and more.
