What the pilot runs on
Manufacturing performance platform: from machine data to recovered profit
Fabrico tracks the financial impact of production losses in real time and helps you recover output from the equipment you already have, through actionable and measurable insights. If a loss has no price tag, it has no priority.
-
The foundation
MES, OEE & CMMS
Real-time production monitoring, automatic downtime tracking and OEE analytics, with maintenance management (CMMS) built natively into the same platform.
In the pilot: Fabrico OEE platform access included; CMMS optional.
-
Measure losses in $
Financial impact module
A price tag on your losses. From your own selling prices and gross margins, Fabrico shows revenue at risk and profit impact of stops, minute by minute, at shift, line, plant and group level.
In the pilot: powers deliverable 04, your financial case in $ value.
-
See your losses
Computer vision
Cameras over the line zoom into critical and unclassified stops, suggest a likely stop reason for the operator to confirm, and keep the footage as evidence: jams, microstops, blockages and changeover stages.
In the pilot: optional, agreed before launch.
-
Act on what matters
AI actionable insights
Losses ranked by recoverable value. Each insight comes with evidence, an owner and a next action, such as a work order, an SOP update or training, and its result is verified against production data.
In the pilot: drives the Act phase and your three highest-value interventions.

The 6-week OEE pilot
Approach
From machine data to a capacity decision
A focused engagement on one representative line, delivered within less than 6 weeks. Built for the realities of food and FMCG lines: frequent changeovers, microstops and SKU mix.
Week 1
01 Connect
Install sensor + hub (or SCADA). Agree KPIs, products, shifts, target speed, loss categories.
Weeks 1–3
02 Measure
Machine-verified baseline and loss: stops/microstops, speed, changeovers.
Weeks 3–5
03 Act
Review recurring losses, prioritize interventions and next steps.
Weeks 4–6
04 Prove
Measure improvement and quantify the opportunity of further optimization.
Week 6 · Executive readout
Findings, recoverable capacity and a scale / no-scale decision with your plant or operations leader.
Deliverables
What you receive
01 Machine-verified loss profile
A credible baseline and quantified view of where your line loses capacity.
02 Your recoverable capacity, quantified
An evidence-based estimate for your line, with assumptions and constraints stated.
03 Three highest-value interventions
Prioritized actions to recover capacity, with agreed owners and next steps.
04 Financial case in $ value, where data allows
Recoverable hours, output and $ value, with production value shown separately from achievable margin.

Production capacity pilot FAQs
Under 6 weeks, on one representative line. Connect takes week 1, measure weeks 1 to 3, act weeks 3 to 5 and prove weeks 4 to 6, followed by the executive readout in week 6. That is the pilot, on one line. For a plant rollout, installing and connecting the devices takes about 1 month, and the full rollout takes 3 to 4 months.
We share the pilot fee by email on request. It covers the industrial-grade sensor and hub, installation, platform access and the week 6 executive readout. 100% of the fee is credited against your first-year subscription upon a successful rollout.
No. The pilot runs as a standalone setup with a SICK industrial optical sensor and hub. Connection via your gateway or PLCs is optional and subject to a technical assessment. See machine connectivity.
All the data is your data. It is hosted on AWS, in Germany for EU clients and in a suitable region for US clients, and Fabrico is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO 9001. See security.
A line owner and an operations sponsor with time to review losses and actions, site access and installation approvals, and product, shift and target-speed data. For the financial case, we need operating hours, demand, product mix and contribution-margin or cost data.
In the executive readout we present the findings and your recoverable capacity, and you make a scale / no-scale decision with your plant or operations leader. If you roll out, the pilot fee is credited against your first-year subscription.
