Use the Drag & Drop functionality to distribute work in the Work Cards page. You will see the work cards of all your team members and also the unassigned tasks that you can allocate to each of them based on their availability.
The estimated duration of each tasks is summed up when you add them to the Work card of an employee. You can easily track when their shift gets filled up with tasks. Check out the availability of each employee for a given date on his work card.
