Production planning is not part of Fabrico today. Fabrico does not build or schedule your production plan.

What you get
Fabrico is a cloud-based MES and OEE platform for manufacturers. What planners can use today is its live shop floor data, next to the planning tool or ERP they already plan in.
Planners need to know what the machines can really do. Fabrico shows it live, with data from PLC connectivity or IoT sensors on the machines.
So a planner can see which line really holds its expected pace before promising a date. Read more about our OEE software and our downtime tracking software.
This section describes a module that is not available today. Production planning is on our roadmap, and we have no release date to share.
The idea is to plan production on top of the data Fabrico already collects. A planning module is meant to take real machine availability, actual speed and planned maintenance windows into account, so the plan matches what the lines can do.
The planning screens in the pictures on this page show a design of that module. They are not in the product today, and the final module may look different.
Today, Fabrico does not create, schedule or dispatch production orders. It is the monitoring and OEE layer that a planning tool or an ERP can draw on.
The scope may still change. If production planning matters for your plant, contact us and tell us how you plan today.
Production plans often clash with maintenance. The maintenance calendar of the built-in CMMS shows every planned task and the annual PM plan, so planners see in advance when a machine is booked for maintenance.
If you plan in your ERP, Fabrico works alongside it:
The plan is still made where you make it today, with fresher numbers from the shop floor.

Or start with a pilot, in four moves
A pilot site is operational in days, with minimal disruption to your teams.
Fits the systems, sites and standards you already have
Designed for manufacturing groups: integrated with your IT and OT, secure by design and simple enough for every shift.
Connects to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle for full asset lifecycle management, and to the OT layer through PLCs, sensors and cameras.
ISO-certified company and solution, with role-based access control on every asset and financial record.
Standardize across plants, compare sites and meet group-level requirements from one central platform.
Being part of an international group, the requirements that come from group level to our production are already available in Fabrico, way ahead. With Fabrico, all our needs are covered and even exceeded.

Yes. Older machines get an IoT device with external sensors, and manual stations can use cameras that count output.
A pilot line is live in days. Training is live and on site, and support responds in under 2 hours.
Fabrico is a light MES: machine data collection, production monitoring, OEE and downtime analytics, and integration with SAP and other ERP systems. Job dispatching, BOMs, routings and genealogy stay in your ERP.
Certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1, with EU hosting on AWS and role-based access.
No. Your plan stays in the ERP or planning tool you use today, and Fabrico feeds it live OEE and stop data from the lines. See the OEE and MES overview for what it measures.
Yes. Planned work shows on the preventive maintenance calendar, so a machine booked for service is visible before you commit a date.
Yes. Fabrico syncs with SAP PM both ways and works with SAP S/4HANA, and other ERPs connect through a custom integration or the REST API.
