FAQs
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Fabrico has an iOS and an Android app, plus the web platform. It needs a network connection at the machine, because there is no offline mode. If the link drops, the gateway can store machine data for up to 30 days, with automatic recovery within 72 hours by default.
How does it relate to OEE?
OEE and maintenance data are linked to the same machine. Each repair counts toward that machine's MTBF and MTTR.
Can it connect to our ERP?
Through APIs. Fabrico connects to other systems through a REST API and webhooks. A one-way or two-way connection to SAP PM or SAP S/4HANA can be scoped per customer with your SAP team. Dynamics, Oracle and other ERPs connect through a custom integration.
