Fabrico is pleased to announce the opening of the “Industry 4.0” funding call, offering grants to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for implementing advanced technologies and digital solutions. The application deadline is 15 December 2025.
Projects eligible for funding in collaboration with Fabrico:
- Complete Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracking system with Fabrico OEE license
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with Fabrico CMMS license
- Deployment of IIoT technologies and Artificial Intelligence for manufacturing process optimisation
- Other projects focused on production process digitisation and modernisation
Programme objective:
To increase SMEs’ digitalisation level by supporting investments in Industry 4.0 technologies.

Eligible activities:
- Optimising production and business processes using new technologies (IIoT, VR/AR, autonomous robots, Big Data, etc.)
- Implementing Industry 4.0 standards
- Enhancing cybersecurity and data protection
- Improving employees’ digital skills
Eligible applicants:
- Small and medium-sized enterprises in the “Industry” and “Services” sectors, registered by 31.12.2022
- Minimum revenue for 2024: small ≥ BGN 300,000; medium ≥ BGN 1,000,000
Funding details:
- Total budget: BGN 105.9 million
- Grant size: BGN 150,000 – 850,000
- Maximum funding depends on revenue:
- Small enterprises: up to 60% of average annual revenue over the last 3 years
- Medium enterprises: up to 25% of average annual revenue
- Grant intensity: up to 50% of eligible costs
- Project duration: up to 15 months
