AI add-ons you can use today
Fabrico is a cloud-based MES and OEE platform for manufacturers, with maintenance management (CMMS) built in. These AI add-ons run on top of it today.
- AI assistant: a chatbot that answers questions from technicians and engineers using machine manuals and the plant's own downtime and maintenance records.
- Inefficiencies zoom-in: a camera over the line links stops and slowdowns to short video clips, so the team sees what happened and confirms the cause.
- Custom AI modules: models that the Fabrico AI team builds for a single client's machines and processes.
The core platform under them gives you the real-time OEE dashboard, micro-stop detection and downtime analytics by cause. When a pattern needs action, a supervisor or technician creates the task in the built-in CMMS and assigns it to the right person.
On the roadmap: an AI agent for production
The AI agent on our roadmap is meant to go one step beyond the assistant. The idea is an agent that would read OEE data, downtime and recurring losses such as micro-stops and slow cycles, then point the team to the patterns worth acting on.
It is not part of Fabrico today, and we will update this page when it is.
What you can do with your data now
